Set Up a Mailbox in cPanel

Every domain on your PosaHosting hosting plan can have its own email addresses. The steps below walk you through creating a new mailbox from cPanel—typically reachable at yourdomain.com/cpanel or yourdomain.com:2083.

PosaHosting shortcut

Skip hunting for the login URL—open cPanel directly from My Account

1. Open Email Accounts

After signing in, find the Email section on the dashboard and click Email Accounts.

2. Start a New Mailbox

On the Email Accounts screen, click Create to open the account setup form.

3. Configure and Save

Complete the form with the details for your new address, then click Create.

  • Username — The part before @ in your address (for example, sales@yourdomain.com).
  • Security — A strong password for this mailbox. Use the generator if you need a random one.
  • Storage Space — How much of your account's disk quota this mailbox may consume.
  • Create Folders for Plus Addressing — When enabled, messages sent to addresses like sales+invoices@yourdomain.com are sorted into a dedicated folder. We recommend leaving this on.

Your mailbox is ready to use. Connect it through webmail from cPanel, or configure a desktop or mobile client with your server's mail settings.
