By using PosaHosting services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and accept these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you register on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that entity. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.
These Terms form a binding contract between you ("Customer") and PosaHosting ("we", "us", or "our"). We may revise these Terms from time to time and will provide reasonable notice through email or a notice on our website.
PosaHosting offers web hosting products including shared hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, and reseller hosting ("Services"). Plan features, limits, and pricing are described on our website and in your service agreement.
We may change, pause, or discontinue any service or feature with reasonable notice where practical. PosaHosting is not liable for modifications, interruptions, or discontinuation of services.
You must supply accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not share credentials or create accounts for abusive or fraudulent purposes.
Services are prepaid according to the billing cycle you select (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual). Fees are generally non-refundable except where stated in the Refunds section below. You authorize PosaHosting to charge your payment method for applicable fees.
Prices may change with at least 30 days notice. Continuing to use Services after a price change means you accept the updated fees.
Eligible new shared hosting accounts may qualify for a 30-day money-back guarantee. Contact billing@posahosting.com within the first 30 days if you are unsatisfied and want a refund of qualifying hosting fees.
Refunds do not apply to VPS or dedicated servers after provisioning, renewal charges, or accounts closed for policy violations. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
You may not use PosaHosting services for unlawful activity. Prohibited uses include spam, malware distribution, phishing, copyright infringement, and denial-of-service attacks.
We may suspend accounts that violate this policy without prior notice. You remain responsible for all content and activity on your account.
PosaHosting respects intellectual property. To report infringement, send a valid DMCA notice to legal@posahosting.com with the information required by law.
We will act on valid notices and may terminate repeat infringers.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, non-payment, or other legitimate reasons, generally with reasonable notice unless immediate action is required.
When an account is terminated, your right to use the Services ends. We are not obligated to retain your data after termination.
SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, POSAHOSTING DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
POSAHOSTING IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO FEES YOU PAID IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New York County, New York.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Last updated July 8, 2026.
