Hook WHMCS to a DirectAdmin reseller server

Link your DirectAdmin reseller login to WHMCS so new orders spawn hosting accounts automatically.

What you need

• DirectAdmin reseller username and password
• WHMCS installation with admin access

1. Register the DirectAdmin server

1. WHMCS admin → Setup → Products/Services → Servers tab.

2. Add New Server and complete:

   • Name — friendly label
   • Hostname/IP — DirectAdmin host (often server.example.com or the node IP)
   • Type — DirectAdmin
   • Username / Password — reseller credentials
   • Secure — Yes (SSL port 2222)

3. Save changes.

2. Create a hosting product

1. Setup → Products/Services → Create a New Group (e.g. Web hosting).

2. Create a New Product → type Hosting Account, module DirectAdmin, assign the server from step 1.

3. Set pricing, billing cycle, and package limits to match your DirectAdmin plan templates.

4. Save.

Test with a manual order. Successful provisioning confirms the link.
