Build a Hosting Plan in DirectAdmin
DirectAdmin reseller accounts support custom user packages—preset bundles of disk space, bandwidth, and feature access. Define a plan once, then assign it whenever you create or upgrade a customer account.
1. Sign in as Reseller
Log in at yourdomain.com:2222, or use My Account → Services → your reseller service → Sign in to DirectAdmin on the PosaHosting client area.
PosaHosting shortcut
Open the control panel in one click from My Account
2. Switch to Reseller Level
Open Access Level and select Reseller.
3. Open Manage User Packages
Under Account Manager, click Manage User Packages.
4. Create and Save the Plan
Click Add Package.
Configure the limits and toggles described in the feature reference below, then click Save. The plan is immediately available when creating or editing user accounts under your reseller.

6. Use Feature Sets (Optional)
Feature sets restrict which areas of the panel a user can access. They appear near the bottom of the package creation form.
Available presets:
- Core Functions — Standard hosting tools: file manager, domains, databases, and related features.
- DNS Only — DNS record management without full website hosting.
- Email Only — Mailbox creation and webmail, with website features hidden.
Email-Only Package Example
To sell mail-only hosting, choose Allow Selected in the feature set section and tick only E-mail Only. Accounts on this plan can send, receive, and manage email but cannot access website or database tools.
