Change plan tier from My Account

Most PosaHosting services can move up or down a plan. Billing is pro-rated—you only pay the difference for the time left in your current cycle.

How to request a change

  1. Sign in at My Account.

  2. Open Tickets and submit a billing request with the service you want to change and the target plan.

  3. Our team confirms pricing, applies any pro-rata credit, and updates your service.

How is the price calculated?

Upgrades and downgrades use pro-rata billing. If you prepaid six months and upgrade halfway through, credit for unused time is applied to the new invoice automatically.

Will my site go offline?

No. Plan changes apply without maintenance windows. Files and databases stay in place.
