Long-standing customers with active, paid services may qualify for tier benefits. Tiers are assigned automatically—no application form.
The four tiers
New → Tier I → Tier II → Tier III
Higher tiers can unlock:
- Standing discount codes on new orders
- Faster provisioning without manual review
- Access to select exclusive products
- Additional perks as we expand the program
What we look at
- How long services stay active and paid
- Account age
- Number of active products
- Clean billing history (no chronic overdue invoices)
