Account loyalty tiers

Long-standing customers with active, paid services may qualify for tier benefits. Tiers are assigned automatically—no application form.

The four tiers

  • Faster provisioning without manual review
  • Access to select exclusive products
  • Additional perks as we expand the program

What we look at

  • How long services stay active and paid
  • Account age
  • Number of active products
  • Clean billing history (no chronic overdue invoices)
