Remove your IP from our firewall
Repeated failed logins—to hosting panels, email, FTP, or WordPress—can trigger an automatic block on your public IP. While blocked, your site may load for other visitors but not from your network.
Common triggers:
- Wrong hosting panel password several times in a row
- Mail client using an outdated mailbox password
- FTP clients opening dozens of simultaneous connections
- Brute-force attempts against WordPress
wp-login.php
1. Run the self-service unblock tool
Sign in at My Account (use mobile data if your home IP is blocked).
Open Support → Unblock IP Address.
Click Check for IP Block and Remove. The scan takes about ten to twenty seconds.
If a block existed, you will see a success message and the reason it was added.
Still locked out? Open a ticket from another connection and include your public IP from https://ifconfig.me.
